• Transparent Flat-Fee Pricing: Our standard service is a $1,600 flat fee for a single-class federal application, covering the consultation, a comprehensive clearance search, class selection, application preparation and filing, and the $350 USPTO filing fee for one class. Additional classes, substantive Office Action responses, Statements of Use, and opposition proceedings are quoted separately, in writing, before any work begins.
• Comprehensive Trademark Search: Before filing, we conduct a thorough search to identify potential conflicts with existing trademarks.
• Application Preparation & Filing: We prepare and electronically file your federal trademark application with the USPTO.
